2 12oz pkg al fresco Sweet Italian Fully Cooked Chicken Sausage

3 Tbsp Unsalted butter

1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar

3 cup Grapes, use red seedless

1/2 cup Pearl onions

1/2 cup Sun dried tomatoes, thinly sliced

1 lb Pre-cooked polenta, slice into 8 pieces

Instructions
  • Using a 12" non-stick skillet, melt butter and balsamic vinegar over medium high heat.
  • Saute grapes, onions and tomatoes for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Set aside in a bowl, keep warm.
  • Place al fresco Sweet Italian Chicken Sausages links in the same non-stick skillet and gently brown sausages.
  • Add prepared mixture to sausage and cook additional 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare a 10" non-stick skillet with cooking spray over medium heat and lightly brown the polenta slices on both sides.
  • Serve the sausage with the balsamic glazed grapes and onion mixture with the lightly browned polenta.
This recipe can also be served with mashed potaotes or risotto.
