Ingredients
1 package Al Fresco Applewood Smoked Chicken Sausage
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tsp chili powder
Pinch of cinnamon
1 Tbsp vegetable oil + a few more tsp to brown sausage
Sliced dill pickles
14oz bag shredded cole slaw mixed, tossed with ~2 Tbsp coleslaw dressing (or use pre-made coleslaw)
BBQ sauce (use your favorite)!
Directions:
- 1Preheat oven to 425°F
- 2Slice and sauté Al Fresco chicken sausage in a few teaspoons of oil until browned.
- 3 Toss diced sweet potatoes with chili powder, cinnamon, and 1 Tbsp oil.
- 4Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes, stir, then bake another 15 minutes until browned.
- 5Assemble bowl, drizzle BBQ sauce over sausage.
