Ingredients
1 package al fresco Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage
4 brioche buns
½ bell pepper
½ onion
1 jalapeño
Relish, ketchup, mustard (for serving)
2 tbsp Cooking oil
Directions:
- 1Wash and cut bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, and any additional veggies of choice.
- 2Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil over medium heat. Add bell pepper and onion.
- 3When they begin to soften, add 1 tbsp cooking oil and sausages to the pan.
- 4Cook until sausages are lightly browned.
- 5Assemble sausages and cooked veggies in buns.
- 6Top with jalapeño, relish, or any other condiments of choice. Enjoy!
