Charcuterie Board with Caramelized Onion & Cheddar Chicken Sausage

"Our Caramelized Onion & Cheddar Chicken Sausage is the perfect addition to any charcuterie board! We’ve chosen a handful of our favorite charcuterie staples that pair well with sweet and savory flavor of caramelized onion & cheddar. "

Ingredients

1 package Al Fresco Caramelized Onion & Cheddar Chicken Sausage, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup pitted Castelvetrano olives

¼ cup caramelized onion jam

1/4 cup lingonberry jam or your favorite berry jam

1/4 cup spicy mustard

1 wedge (8 ounces) Gorgonzola blue cheese

1 wedge (8 ounces) aged red wine-soaked cheese

1 block (8 ounces) dill Havarti cheese, cubed

1 wedge (8 ounces) herbed Brie cheese

1/2 loaf French baguette, sliced

1 medium red pear, halved, cored and sliced

2 cups everything bagel chips

2 cups your favorite crackers

1 1/2 cups mini cucumbers, halved lengthwise

1 1/2 cups red grapes

1 cup dried apricots

Directions:

  • 1In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook 8 minutes or until browned and tender, stirring occasionally.
  • 2Place jams, olives and mustard in 4 small bowls; place bowls on large wooden board or serving platter. Arrange cheeses, baguette, pear slices, bagel chips, crackers, cucumbers, grapes, apricots and cooked sausage pieces around bowls on platter. Enjoy!
