Ingredients
1 package of al fresco Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage
Pizza dough
Pesto, about 4oz
One pack of Burrata
Grape tomatoes, sliced (1/4 cup)
Arugula, 1 cup
Basil, ½ cup chopped
Sweet corn, ¼ cup
Hot honey, to taste
Directions:
- 1Spread pizza dough into a thin, flatbread style base on a cookie sheet
- 2Cover the dough in pesto, and add the toppings (sausage, tomatoes, burrata, and corn)
- 3Pre-heat your oven to 425.
- 4While the oven is preheating, toss arugula and basil with the hot honey until everything is coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 5Bake the flatbread for 15-20 mins, or until the crust is golden brown.
- 6Top the baked flatbread with the arugula, basil and hot honey mixture.
