So You’re Hosting a Graduation Party…

Apr 23, 2015
May is upon us, everyone get out your graduation caps and gowns!

So you’re hosting a graduation party and need some tasty food ideas to get the party started and fun activities to keep it going. You’ve come to the right place. We have a few things on our list of food and fun to help you throw the best party possible!

When planning a graduation party, the typical graduation party food ideas come to mind: burgers and hotdogs. Sure those are good, but let’s get creative. Instead of hot dogs, why not grill up some Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage Sandwiches? They’re just as easy to cook and way more delicious! Same concept can be done with burgers. Instead of your everyday beef burgers, try cooking up different flavors of our delicious Chicken Grillers. There’s our Sweet Italian Chicken Griller with Fresh Mozzarella, our Caramelized Onion Chicken Griller with Onions and Mushrooms, and our Buffalo Chicken Griller with Blue Cheese to satisfy your guests. We have a flavor for everyone!

Not a fan of burgers or hot dogs? Fine with us! We have plenty of recipes for pasta salad and other appetizers. All of our recipes are created with taste and health in mind. A few great examples include our Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausage Risotto and our Grilled Poblano Peppers, Polenta & Chipotle Chorizo Sausage. Just because it’s a celebration doesn’t mean you have to eat unhealthily. Check out our other great recipes to inspire your graduation party food.

Now that food is served, what next? Time to have some fun in the sun! Break out the beanbags and get ready for some competitive corn hole games. Another family favorite is Kan Jam, an incredibly fun team-based Frisbee game. With enough space you could even play a classic game of horseshoes! Is rain threatening to put a damper on your party? Hanging out inside can be fun too! Break out the cards and board games. No-stakes poker is always a great time and makes for fun competition. The same goes with many other card and board games on the market.

Now that you’ve got the food and you’ve got the fun, you need the family and friends. No party is complete without good company to enjoy it with.

Now go out there and throw an amazing graduation party!
