Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

Stovetop

Pre-heat pan on medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray. Sauté for about 7 to 9 minutes, turning halfway, untill browned and heated through.

Microwave

Microwave on high for 30 seconds until heated through.

Air fryer

Air fry on 350°F for 10 minutes until heated through.

grill

Pre-heat grill. Grill for about 7 to 9 minutes, turning halfway, untill browned and heated through.

oven

Bake at 350ºF for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through.
