Ingredients
1 package al fresco Roasted garlic Chicken Sausage, chopped
1 packet Spanish chickpea rice
8 stalks asparagus, diced
8 Cherry Tomatoes, diced
1 cup Pineapple, chopped
Directions:
- 1Cook rice as directed on packaging
- 2In an oiled skillet, lightly sauté chopped asparagus, pineapple, and sausage until golden brown
- 3Add cooked rice to a bowl and top with the rest of the ingredients.
- 4OPTIONAL: sprinkle with salt and pepper and dressing of choice.
