

"These crispy flautas are filled with cheesy sausage and peppers. Perfect for Taco Tuesday or Cinco de Mayo!"
Ingredients
Spicy jalapeño al fresco Chicken Sausage links
8 tortillas
1 package of frozen peppers & onion
Approximately 1/4 cup shredded cheese
optional toppings: chopped tomatoes, salsa, chopped avocado, green sauce (1 can diced green chilis blended together with 1/2 cup coconut cream)
Directions:
- 1Heat up the sausage and frozen peppers & onions. Chop the sausage. Spray the air fryer with coconut oil.
- 2About 1/3 of the way into the tortilla, make a row of peppers & onions, topped with sausage and then cheese. Roll the tortillas and lay them in the air fryer in one layer.
- 3Spray the tops of the flautas with coconut oil and air fry at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes (or until golden-brown). Add toppings, if desired, and enjoy!
