Ingredients
1 package Al Fresco Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Sausage
16 ounces Container of Hood cottage cheese
2 cloves of garlic - minced
1 1/2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cups Chopped chives
1 tsp black pepper
sea salt to taste
1 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2Using a blender or immersion blender, combine the cottage cheese, garlic, onion powder, dried dill, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy
- 3Thinly slice the chicken sausage into round pieces
- 4Add the cottage cheese mixture to a bowl with the buffalo sauce, and chives
- 5Stir in the chicken sausage and shredded cheese & transfer to a baking dish
- 6Bake for 20-25 minutes until the mixture is bubbling and then finish with broiling for 2-3 minutes to get the cheese nice and browned
- 7Serve with chips or pita, celery, carrots, and cucumbers
