Ingredients
1 package Al Fresco Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Sausage
Meal Prep Lettuce Wraps: 1/3 cup bibb lettuce, 1/3 cup shredded carrots, ½ cup cooked MW brown rice, lime garnish, 1/3 cup red bell peppers
Meal Prep Zoodles: 1/2 cup tomato/marinara sauce, 1 package of precut zoodles
Meal Prep Taco Plate: 1/3 cup black beans, 1/3 cup corn salad, jalapenos (optional), tortilla chips
Meal Prep Sausage Salad: 1 cup spring mix/lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onions, pickles
Directions:
- 1Slice and sauté Al Fresco chicken sausage in a few teaspoons of oil until browned.
- 2In 4 separate containers with lids, arrange ingredients for each meal (lettuce wraps, zoodles, salad, and taco bowl). Top with cooked chicken. Cover, refrigerate and enjoy throughout the week!
