Country Breakfast Skillet

Al Fresco Country Breakfast Sausage Links Skillet by Cal Reynolds

Ingredients

4 links of Al Fresco Country Style Breakfast Sausage

Extra virgin olive oil

2 cups diced potatoes of choice

1 red bell pepper, diced

1/2 medium sized white onion, diced

4-6 baby bell mushrooms, sliced

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, & smoked paprika for taste

3 eggs

1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese

Garnish with everything but the bagel seasoning & fresh chopped parsley

Directions:

  • 1Prepare all ingredients by dicing up the potatoes, veggies and sausages.
  • 2Add some olive oil to large skillet over medium heat then add in the potatoes. Let them cook for 8-10 minutes mixing every few minutes.
  • 3Next, add in the veggies. Mix and let cook for another few minutes then add in the sausage. Mix to combine and let everything cook together for another 6-8 minutes.
  • 4Once everything is cooked nice and crisp, lower the heat then create slots for the eggs. Crack in the eggs and sprinkle on the cheese. Cover to let the cheese melt and the eggs to cook to your liking.
  • 5Garnish & ENJOY!
