Ingredients
1 package al fresco Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage, sliced
16 oz. Fusilli pasta, cooked
3.8 oz. jar of sliced black olives
1/2 small red onion, diced
3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
3/4 cup jarred roasted red peppers, chopped
1/4 cup Italian parsley, chopped
1 8oz. package Mozzarella cheese balls, drained
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
6 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
2 tbsp raw honey
1/2 cup olive oil
Directions:
- 1Make dressing by whisking together red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, 2 tbsp Italian parsley, 2 tbsp basil, honey, olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- 2Add pasta and remaining ingredients to a large bowl.
- 3Toss with dressing and serve!
