Ingredients
2 al fresco Roasted Pepper & Asiago Chicken Sausage links
1 pita
1 tbsp tzatziki
4-5 slices cucumber
3-4 cherry tomatoes, diced
1/4 thinly sliced red onion
3-4 kalamata olives, diced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions:
- 1Slice 2 al fresco sausages into medallions.
- 2In a medium frying pan with 1 tsp of oil, add in your chicken sausage and cook until browned. That should take about 5-6 minutes total.
- 3While your chicken sausage is cooking, start your pita prep by dicing a handful of cherry tomatoes, cucumber and red onion.
- 4Once your chicken sausage is browned, assemble your pitas starting with tzatziki, then add in your tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, olives, and chicken sausage.
- 5Top with crumbled feta cheese and an additional drizzle of tzatziki. Enjoy!
