Ingredients
1 link of Al Fresco Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Sausage
1/2 cup orzo pasta, cooked
1/2 cup diced cucumbers
1/2 cup diced cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup kalamata olives
Spoonful of homemade or store bought tzatziki sauce on top
Sprinkle of feta cheese & fresh dill on top!
Directions:
- 1Start by slicing your Al Fresco Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Sausage into thin slices and brown in a pan on medium heat. While the chicken sausage is cooking, dice all of your ingredients.
- 2Cook your orzo per package instructions.
- 3Assemble your bowl with chicken sausage, orzo, tomatoes, red onion, olives, and cucumbers. Place a spoonful of tzatziki sauce along with a sprinkle of feta cheese and fresh dill on top! Or try mixing it all together into a pasta salad!
