Ingredients
1 package al fresco Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage, 1/2" slices
1 large red bell pepper, 1" cubes
1 1/2 pineapple, 1" cubes
1 medium red onion, 1" cubes
1 small zucchini, 1" cubes
1/2 cup sweet & smoky BBQ sauce
Directions:
- 1Heat grill to 400°F.
- 2Using metal grilling skewers, layer vegtables and sausage so that there 3-4 pieces of sausage per kabob.
- 3Grill lightly for 2 mins on each side. Then baste with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional minute on each side.
- 4Turn off grill and allow to sit in the grill with residual heat for an additional 5 minutes.
- 5Serve with sides like corn, and watermelon and enjoy!
