Ingredients
1 pack of Al Fresco Chicken Sausage
1 each: red, yellow and green bell pepper
1 white onion
1 ½ tablespoons of ketchup
4 hoagie rolls
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- 1Grill sausages for about 5-6 minutes or until charred on the outside.
- 2While sausages cook, slice peppers and onions into chunks.
- 3Slice cooked sausages and add to a skillet on medium heat.
- 4Add peppers and onions and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- 5Add ketchup and combine.
- 6Toast hoagie roll and add in sausage & peppers combo. Serve and enjoy!
