Grilled Chicken Sausage and Peppers on a Roll

"Fire up the grill for a quick and easy meal that is both tasty and filling. Smokey Al Fresco chicken sausage with charred peppers served on a toasty roll with a special ingredient you’ll never guess!"

Ingredients

1 pack of Al Fresco Chicken Sausage

1 each: red, yellow and green bell pepper

1 white onion

1 ½ tablespoons of ketchup

4 hoagie rolls

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  • 1Grill sausages for about 5-6 minutes or until charred on the outside.
  • 2While sausages cook, slice peppers and onions into chunks.
  • 3Slice cooked sausages and add to a skillet on medium heat.
  • 4Add peppers and onions and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  • 5Add ketchup and combine.
  • 6Toast hoagie roll and add in sausage & peppers combo. Serve and enjoy!
