

"As someone who is always on the run and busy between my fulltime job, family, social life and blog life, being able to cook a quick, delicious and easy meal during the week is so important. That’s why al fresco’s Chicken Teriyaki is my go-to. My recipe requires very little prep work, easy to make and always a crowd pleaser. "
Ingredients
1 package al fresco Teriyaki seasoned ground chicken
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Fresh black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
Chopped scallions for garnish
Directions:
- 1Add olive oil to a wok over medium heat. Cook garlic for approx. 3-4mins or until desired.
- 2Add the ground chicken to the skillet and cook while breaking up into small pieces until the chicken is cooked through. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- 3Mix the chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil into a bowl. Pour over the ground chicken and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- 4Simmer the chicken until the sauce is thickened, taste for seasonings and serve with scallions and sesame seeds.
