Ingredients
1 package al fresco Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage
8 ounces pasta, cooked
1 24-oz jar tomato sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 tsp oregano
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Optional: fresh basil or parsley
Directions:
- 1Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the tomato sauce, chopped sausage, oregano and ricotta. Add the pasta and mix well.
- 3Pour the pasta mixture into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan on top of the pasta mixture.
- 4Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling. Garnish with basil and fresh parsley, if desired.
