"These Mexican style ground chicken tacos are made with homemade street corn, fresh avocado, and cotija cheese. It’s the perfect Taco Tuesday recipe!"
Ingredients
Cooking spray, as needed
1 package of al fresco Taco Night Seasoned Ground Chicken
2 cups of cooked Corn
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp Paprika
1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup Jalapeños, chopped
2 tbsp Cotija Cheese, for topping
4-6 Tortillas of choice
Directions:
- 1Add cooked corn, mayonnaise, lime juice, paprika, cilantro, and jalapenos to a mixing bowl and mix together.
- 2Next cook your package of ground chicken on medium heat for 4 - 6 minutes.
- 3Heat up tortillas over medium heat.
- 4Add chicken and street corn mixture together, top with avocados and sour cream and enjoy!
- 5Season accordingly and serve hot.
