Ingredients
1 package al fresco TJL Nashville Hot Chicken Sausage
5 servings mac ‘n’ cheese, heated
1 ½ tablespoons butter
½ cup breadcrumbs
pinch paprika
Directions:
- 1Prepare a non-stick skillet with cooking spray, pre-heat on medium high heat. Brown sausage links evenly on all sides 4 – 6 minutes. Slice links on the diagonal, keep warm.
- 2In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium high heat until it bubbles add the breadcrumbs and lightly brown stirring frequently. Mix in the paprika
- 3To serve, evenly portion the mac ‘n’ cheese on plates, sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and place sausage the sausage slices around or on top.
- 4Serve immediately.
