Ingredients
1 package AL Fresco Country Style Breakfast Links
12 large eggs
½ medium onion, chopped
½ medium red bell pepper, diced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Directions:
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2Slice and sauté Al Fresco chicken breakfast links in a few teaspoons of oil until browned.
- 3In a large bowl, whisk together eggs. Add the onion, pepper, spices, browned sausage, and ½ cup of the cheese.
- 4Spray one 12 cup muffin tin heavily with cooking spray. Using ½ cup measure, fill muffin cups. Top with remaining cheese.
- 5Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until the muffins are set.
- 6Garnish with minced parsley.
