"Now that school’s back in session, I’m all about quick, easy, and delicious meals and this sausage, shrimp, and potato sheet pan meal is perfect and on the dinner table in no time!"
Ingredients
2 links of al fresco Sweet Apple Chicken Sausage, sliced into rounds
1 link of Smoked Sausage, sliced into rounds
½ lb. shrimp, peeled, and deveined
½ lb. baby red potatoes, cut into quarters
3 stalks of green onions, chopped
3 tbs unsalted butter, melted
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small sweet onion, sliced
Seasoning of choice
Directions:
- 1Preheat oven to 400oF
- 2Add sausage rounds to one side of the sheet pan.
- 3Melt the butter and mix in seasonings.
- 4Combine sliced onions, bell pepper, and quartered potatoes. Mix with half of the butter mixture and reserve the rest for later. Add the potatoes and veggies to other end of the sheet pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- 5While potatoes and sausage bake, toss shrimp in remaining butter mixture. Add to sheet pan and bake an additional 10 minutes.
- 6Once everything is done, mix together, sprinkle on chopped green onions and serve!
