I have been purchasing al fresco’s Chicken Sausage for years and the Andouille flavor pairs perfectly with peppers, onions, and baby red potatoes! I even love topping the leftovers with eggs for an easy breakfast"
Ingredients
1 package al fresco Fully Cooked Dinner Sausage, diced
1 lb baby red potatoes, quartered
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper
Directions:
- 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with foil.
- 2Add diced baby red potatoes and 2 tbsp olive oil to the baking sheet and mix until well combined. Bake for 15 mins 3. Add diced green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the sheet pan with potatoes. Mix until well combined and bake for another 10 mins.
- 3Add al fresco Fully Cooked Chicken Sausage to the pan and mixuntil everything is well combined. Bake for a final 5-7 minutes. Enjoy!
