Ingredients
1 package of al fresco Sundried Tomato chicken sausage, sliced into bite-size pieces
2 10oz packages of cheese gnocchi
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
¼ cup fresh pesto
4 cloves chopped garlic
Fresh basil
Directions:
- 1Preheat the oven to 425°F, in the meantime, prepare your sheet pan with nonstick foil and cut up all ingredients.
- 2To your foil lined sheet pan add your gnocchi, tomatoes, pepper, and chopped garlic.
- 3Spread your pesto evenly over your sheet pan ingredients, massaging to incorporate.
- 4Bake for 35 minutes until gnocchi are crisp.
- 5Serve immediately with fresh basil.
