Skillet Pasta

"Quick and easy weeknight recipe"

Ingredients

1 package of al fresco Smoked Andouille Chicken Sausage

2 servings of cavatappi pasta

½ cup of grape tomatoes

3 sweet mini peppers

¼ onion

1 cup of vodka sauce

1 cup of spinach

Favorite seasoning (black pepper, pink salt, oregano, Italian seasoning)

Directions:

  • 1Boil pasta as directed on the box and set it aside when cooked.
  • 2Slice chicken sausages.
  • 3Cut onions, peppers, tomatoes and cook them in the skillet on medium heat. Add seasoning.
  • 4Add chicken sausages to the skillet and cook them for 8 minutes while flipping them halfway through.
  • 5Add the vodka sauce, cooked pasta, and spinach. Enoy!
