Ingredients
1 package al fresco Smoked Andouille Chicken Sausage
8 corn tortillas
Salsa, to taste
Guacamole, to taste
Grated Cheddar Cheese, to taste
Fresh Parsley or Cilantro, to taste
Lime wedges, to taste
Directions:
- 1Set grill to medium high heat. Cook sausages 8-10 minutes until charred and heated through. Remove sausages to a cutting board.
- 2Turn grill heat to low. Heat corn tortillas on the grill until slightly charred around the edges. Remove from the grill and place on the board with the sausage.
- 3Slice the sausages, add toppings to the board for family and friends to build their own tacos.
