Ingredients
1 package of al fresco Sweet Italian Style Chicken Sausage, sliced into coins
2 Roma Tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 Garlic cloves minced
Mozzarella Cheese
Pre - made Pizza Crust (Naan Pizza Crust works wonderful)
1/2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Parmesan Cheese for garnish
Balsamic Glaze for garnish
Directions:
- 1Drizzle Olive Oil into the pre - made pizza crust, and sprinkle with garlic powder
- 2Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over pizza crust
- 3Load up the pizza with sliced chicken sausage coins
- 4Toss diced roma tomatoes with the minced garlic and pinch of salt and pepper - add to the pizza
- 5Bake at 400* for 8 - 12 minutes, until cheese is melted, slightly golden and bubbly
- 6Remove from oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese
