Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage with Spicy Garlic Bok Choy

"This Sweet Italian Sausage with Spicy Garlic Bok Choy is the perfect combination of sweet, spicy and savory and it takes less than 30 minutes to make."

Ingredients

1 package al fresco Sweet Italian Style Chicken Sausage

3 tbsp. olive oil

1 garlic head

8 Thai chilies

1 lb bok choy

Directions:

  • 1Mince garlic head.
  • 2Clean 1 lb of bok choy
  • 3Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to skillet on medium high heat
  • 4Sauté garlic for two minutes.
  • 5Add Thai chilies and sauté for one minute. Add bok choy and sauté for 10 minutes. Remove them from the skillet and add to a plate. Using the same pan on medium heat, add remaining tbsp of olive oil. Sauté al fresco sweet Italian style sausage as directed on the package. Plate the cooked sausage on top of the bok choy. Make sure not to eat the Thai chilies because they are really spicy. Sautéing them alone gives the bok choy a hint of spice.
